Conducting professional and scientific research ensures the high quality of the counselling centre’s work, as well as a close connection between scientific, teaching, and counselling activities.
Direct work with students generates topics for new research, and the results provide useful guidelines for implementing individual activities in the counselling centre. Research is conducted in cooperation with the Department of Psychology, mainly within the framework of scientific projects of the Ministry of Science, Education and Youth, and international projects. The results of this research have been presented at numerous national and international scientific and professional conferences (a list of published and presented papers is available on the UCC website).
